It has everything you would need and not need, the minor details matter a lot. Keeping items like umbrellas, hair dryer, safe locker, clothes washing rack adds an extra value to apartment. It has a washing machine as well. Kitchen was nice and well equipped along with stock of breakfast cereal etc. the entry system with key card is digital and impressive. The automatic switch shutters on windows was like a blessing who like to sleep in absolute darkness ... No sunlight seeping through the windows at 7 am! Nothing! everything was great!

Convenient location and very helpful host Kosmas, our host, was very friendly and helpful. He helped welcome us and checked us in explaining the amenities and even provided us with cereal and tea/coffee. The kitchenette was very well equipped and the surprise was the massage chair! This location is very convenient as it is walking distance to the metro and cafes/restaurants/bars.

Όλα στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Καινούριος χώρος, μεγάλος, άνετος με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Πολύ όμορφη κουζίνα και κρεβατοκάμαρα. Αν και ειναι σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, ακούγεται ελάχιστος θόρυβος από τον δρόμο. Καθαριότητα άψογη. Δίπλα σε φαγητό και νυχτερινή ζωή. Μετρο στα 3 λεπτά, τραίνο στα 10, λεωφορεία επίσης στα 5 λεπτά. Ο Κοσμάς είναι πολυ ευγενικός, ευχάριστος και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Πάντα διαθέσιμος και προσβάσιμος. Χρειαστηκε να ερθουμε πολυ νωρις στο διαμέρισμα και να φυγουμε αργα, αλλά δεν υπήρξε κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Ευχαριστούμε!

We travel a lot and stayed in many apartments. This is truly a divine apartment - the best apartment we've stayed in so far! Beautiful, very modern, amazingly equipped. Great helpful hosts who thought of every detail to make the stay most comfortable. They provided much more than was expected, including breakfast food and drinks, coffee, home produced marmalade and honey. The apartment is few steps from metro station and great restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Irini is a great host, she was waiting for us on arrival and had some food for breakfast and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us! The place has been nicely decorated, it has hair dryer, washing machine... everything you need including amenities. Location is also a good point as it only takes 25mins to walk to the acropolis from there. Great Hospitality! It was pleasure to stay in this apartment, everything was clear, stylish and close to centre. Public transports stops near the apartment, also Lidl near and to the centre also is easy to walk. Owner let us stay our luggage for all day because our flight was only in the night, so all day we could go around city without bags! And also - there were already coffee, cornflakes, sugar, tea and also wine (perfect after long driving)! Recommended for two couples, group of people or family! :) We really enjoy to stay there and would love to come back! :)

It was the ideal apartment for our stay in Athens! This apartment was very close from the metro and tram station. The neighborhood is quite and the apartment was lovely . Value for money as well . Nice apartments just in 15 minutes work from Acropolis. It is on the 1-st floor with a quit environment, 2 supermarkets in 3 minutes and big open market on Saturdays. Good equipped (we even used washing machine, which is set outside), very clean with new renovated bathroom. The kitchen is rather small, for two persons is fine. As we were at March, which was rather cold we use conditioner for heating.

Loved the place! Great location by foot or the metro. Decor is stylish and have all the necessities. Even though the busy street is just around the corner, you will have nice silent street for good night sleep. Windows have blinders, condition works well. Excelente Todo fue perfecto. Bonito, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena porque puedes ir en metro que está muy cerca o andando 20 o 30 minutos hasta la acrópolis y alrededores. Además si alquilas coche para hacer excursiones puedes aparcar en la misma calle o en las adyacentes con bastante facilidad. Además el trato recibido y el desayuno hace que sea muy agradable la estancia en este apartamento.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic location The owner met us by the door. We had a little delay but that didn't matter. He was very friendly and took the time to tell us all about the appartement and the area. During our stay he answered all our texts very fast. Very clean and nice apartment. Fantastic shower. Good matras. Big pro was the balcony, we came back to the apartment around 7 p.m. and the sun was in exactly the right spot (april). You can even see the Acropolis in the distance. Very, very good restaurants in the direct area.

Perfect place to stay. If back to Athens I will repeat, of course. I liked the area, closed to all the bars and restaurants but quiet at the same time when you wanted to sleep. The best for me is that impression that all is organized to make guests happy... And they succeeded!! I could not find a negative aspect. Even, if there were something to be improved, it would still be a 10 because you realize that every detail is planned to satisfy the guests.

Relaxing neighbourhood and well supplied Unit. The Unit and location was an excellent choice for us. Our host Kosmas met us at the address and gave us valuable information about Athens and the transport system. A big thank you to Kosmas for his understanding when we had to stay an extra evening due to our missed flight. The subway was located across the street a short 5 minute walk and then one, two or three stops from the main sites. The Unit is well supplied, comfortable, close to a supermarket and a number of bars and restaurants. To escape the crowds this was a suitable retreat.
